YMCA Sports Camps
Whether your child is looking to up their play or learn a whole new sport, a summer at YMCA Sports Camp is a great way to get in the game.
Camps at the Y share one thing: they’re about discovery. YMCA Summer Sports Camps provide campers with a world of fun! With themed sessions filled with outdoor activities, sports, games, and summer adventures, your child is sure to have a blast. Whether you choose one week or all summer, YMCA Sports Camps fit your schedule and provide fun, enriching activities for your child!
About Our Youth Sports Camp Program
In the Y’s sports summer camps, kids improve sports skills through teamwork and friendly competition, all while making new friends. Each week brings a new sport, complete with drills, scrimmages, and activities to enhance their athletic ability, fitness, and general sports knowledge. Available for children ages 5–12 (must have completed kindergarten). Campers should bring a snack and lunch to camp daily.
Sports Camp Weeks
Your child will explore new sports and activities weekly! Weekly activities vary by location, but can include soccer, flag football, basketball and more.
Scholarships
The YMCA of Greater Cleveland offers needs-based scholarships to help make Summer Day Camp accessible for families. Scholarship awards may cover up to 95% of camp fees for those who qualify and are determined using several factors, including annual household income, the number of adults in the home, and the number of dependents. Families interested in receiving support can learn more and apply through our Financial Assistance program.
Camp Rates
9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Weekly Rates:
Member: $182
Non-Member: $209
7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Weekly Rates:
Member: $190
Non-Member: $220
7 a.m. - 6 p.m. hours at French Creek and Geauga camps only.
There is a $5 registration fee per child. Each week of camp requires a $25 deposit, which is applied towards tuition. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions, below, for more information.
